Lamtec Corporation is currently seeking full time Manufacturing Associates to join our team at a starting rate of up to $22.47/hour. Lamtec is conveniently located to Stroudsburg (10 mi), Easton (21 mi), Nazareth (21 mi), and Hackettstown (22 mi).

About the Position

• Starting rate of up to $22.47/hour (based on standard overtime and shift differential) plus 100% company-paid benefits
• A standard Lamtec work week is Monday – Friday (48 - 60 hours)
• Shift schedule is 6 pm – 6 am or 6 am – 6 pm
• Additional overtime opportunities may be available

New associates are trained as machine helpers and work in a support role to the machine operator processing laminated materials such as aluminum foil, kraft paper, fiberglass yarn and a variety of plastic films. Extensive training in safety, production familiarization, task completion, and forklift operation are provided. Lamtec is conveniently located to Stroudsburg (10 mi), Easton (21 mi), Nazareth (21 mi), and Hackettstown (22 mi).

• Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating teamwork
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs. and keep up with fast pace
• The ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, reach, stretch, twist, and squat
• Ability to perform basic math – addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Proficiency with basic computer skills
